Peachy is Perth's newest destination boutique, dreamed up by the gorgeous Bec and Jules, in the beautiful suburb of Shenton Park. Stocking a unique mix of Australian labels with a relaxed, 'undone' sort of vibe that I love so much, I happily went along to their official launch last night. Having now been opened for eight weeks, the store is seeing new faces and a loyal breed of regulars restocking their wardrobes with well priced, oh so cool basics and lust worthy pieces.
As someone who admittedly came with a suitcase of 'ready to head to a UK winter' clothing, I am in the need of a few summer friendly pieces to get me through. Cue Peachy loaded up with options.
Guests mingled dressed in a particular style of cool, summery, classic French bohemian-chic (think Isabel Marant via Jane Birkin) sipping some very flash Peachy cocktails mixed up by FOY Collective while Viviennes Models hung out dressed in some of the boutiques finest.
I did manage to grab a couple of pieces, (including from First Base- who's designer Ali Cotton flew in for the event) but had to drag myself away from the EVERYTHING!!
So what did I get? Well, you will just have to wait and see…
